Er verfügt über ein Masterdegree in Training and Personnel/Organisational Development mit dem Fokus auf psychodynamisch-systemischer Beratung.

Als Bergsteiger und Explorer auf Expeditionen in Südamerika, im Himalaya und der Antarktis gibt er seine Erfahrung in Sachen Führung, Resilienz und Motivation im Rahmen von Trainings und Vorträgen an Teams und Führungskräfte weiter.
